Anywhooo…this is one of the easiest and yet tastiest drinks I’ve ever invented. Anyone can make it, as it requires NO skill.

Take a BIG glass and fill with ice. Pour in a shot of Pomegranate Schnapps. Top with a bottle of Mike’s Hard Lemonade.

Yes, that’s it. Although, you can add a straw if you wish.

And maybe one of those cool cocktail umbrellas.

See, wasn’t that easy?

u17754854Some of you may know I manage a restaurant, and some of you may further remember my bartending days. I’ve never let those go…bartending was in my blood, waitressing puts cash in my pocket. Ah well….you still get the benefits by getting some of my glorious drink recipes.

This one is called Hot Buttered Rum. It’s a hot cider drink, a little on the sweet side.

1/2 shot rum
1/2 shot butterscotch schnapps
6-8 ounce glass of hot cider

Stir well, sip carefully, drive even more carefully-er.
